DAY ONE:
Tour the new Third Street Brewhouse (formerly Cold Spring Brewery) This is a world class brewery with the recent reconstruction. They have three new great brews too! See www.thirdstreetbrewhouse.com for more info on the brewhouse and tours.
Visit El Rancho Manana Campground and Riding Stables, for hiking, bird watching, horseback riding, or canoeing on the lake.
Enjoy pizza and a beer at the campground or have dinner at the 400 Club on Pleasant Lake.
Attend a Cold Spring Springer's amateur baseball game!
DAY TWO:
Go shopping all morning at locations like the Trendsetters Boutique, Gentler Thymes antique shop, and Three Sister's antique shop.
Eat lunch at a local restaurant like Marnantelli's, or the Side Bar.
Take a walk or bike ride on the ROCORI trail.
Enjoy dinner at Fisher's Club in Avon, on Middle Spunk Lake.

Visit the wonderful shops of Cold Spring, head to St. Cloud to Crossroads Mall or discover the beautiful Munsinger Gardens along the Mississippi River.
Hike or bike the Beaver Island Trail that goes through the St. Cloud State University campus and along the Mississippi River.
Have an early dinner in St Cloud and head back to the peaceful town of Cold Spring!
Go to a movie at the local Quarry Cinema!
